How To Add A Lease On The Fly Directly From Ticket Entry

If you need to quickly add a lease that is not present in your system, you can quickly add a lease to that specific ticket directly from ticket entry. The following steps show the process:

1. From the ticket entry page, choose the correct customer. Once the customer is selected, you can then browse the Lease Drop-down. If the lease is not in the drop-down list, you can select Other Lease:

2. A text box will appear where you can type the lease name:

That's it! The lease name will be on this particular ticket, but if you need to add the lease into the system, see DSS - Lease Administration for instructions on adding a lease into the system so it will show in the drop-down in the future.
