Guide to Cleaning Up the Ticket Entry Page in Disposal Software
Once all tickets have been entered you have have the ability to move the tickets that have been entered into completed jobs.
Using this feature allows you to clean up file batches from the ticket entry screen, allowing you to easily view tickets that are pending ticket entry.
To move tickets to Completed Jobs
1. Select the Ticket Entry Icon from the Main Page
2. After all tickets have been entered, you can select the Mark Task as Complete button to move the batch file to completed jobs
3. After Selecting Mark Task as Complete, you will be prompted with the Mark Task as Complete window
4. After Selecting Yes, you will see the success message and job will no longer be shown under the ticket entry page
Doing this allows you to easily identify tickets that are pending data entry
