This Guide will walk step by step through the process of Entering a Ticket into Disposal Software





1. Select Ticket Entry from the Main Menu:





2. Select the batch of tickets you wish to enter by clicking the Tickets button on the right of the tab:


The Tickets button on the right will open the batch of tickets uploaded on 12-3-2018 at 8:00 am as shown on the left of the same tab



This will open a drop-down list of all tickets available for data-entry within the selected batch. 

3. Select the Enter Ticket button to enter the Ticket Entry Form window:





After selecting the Enter Ticket button, you will be presented with the Ticket Entry Form window. The left side of the window shows the PDF Scanned Copy to view for completing the ticket entry process. The right side is where the information from the scanned ticket is Entered




4. Once you have the Ticket Entry Form window open, you can view the PDF Scanned Ticket and enter the following information to complete the data entry process:





Hauler - Select the correct hauler from the drop-down menu. If the hauler is not in the drop-down list, you can select "Other Hauler" from the drop down list, and a text box will appear and you can manually type in the name of the Hauler

Customer - Select the correct customer from the drop-down menu. If the customer is not in the drop-down list, you can select "Other Customer" from the drop down list, and a text box will appear and you can manually type in the name of the Customer

Truck - Manually enter the truck number shown on the ticket

Driver - Manually enter the Driver on the ticket

Hauler Ticket - Manually enter the Hauler Ticket Number shown on the ticket

Lease - Select the correct Lease from the drop-down list. If the lease is not in the drop-down list, you can select "Other Lease" from the drop-down list, and a text box will appear and you can manually enter the name of the Lease. 

QTY - Manually enter the quantity hauled shown on the ticket

Disposed Type - Select the disposal type from the drop-down list that matches thew ticket

Charge - If there are any additional charges, select them from the drop-down list here

Bill To - Choose whether it should be billed to hauler or billed to customer (this field will be defaulted to one or the other based on the hauler settings in most cases)

Comments - Manually add any additional comments that are on the ticket

Ticket Date - Use the drop-down lists to select the date shown on the ticket

Ticket Time - Use the drop-down lists to select the END TIME shown on the ticket







5. Once you have completed entering the ticket data, select the Create Work Order button at the bottom of the right window (you can also press F4 on your keyboard instead of pressing this button). If there are more tickets available in the batch, selecting this will automatically move to the next ticket. 



Other Options:

A.) Cancel Disposal Ticket Input - This will cancel the entry of the ticket you are in and leave the ticket as incomplete.

B.) Skip/Void Ticket - When selecting this button, a window will appear so you can enter the reason you are skipping/voiding the ticket, and then select either the Void Ticket or Skip Ticket button at the bottom right of the window. WARNING! - Voiding DELETES the ticket and it will no longer be available for entry. Entry of a VOIDED ticket requires ticket to be re-scanned and re-uploaded. The Email Ticket to Hauler or Customer box can also be checked if you want the PDF to be emailed back to the Hauler or Customer.
