Cancel/Remove Will Call Job from Job Schedule

Check Status of Job to enable the Job to be cancelled/removed from the schedule

****YOU CANNOT CANCEL A A/H JOB USING THIS METHOD.  PLEASE SEE LINK BELOW TO CANCEL A A/H JOB***

To navigate to the Job Schedule Page

1.) Expand the Water Tracking Tab

2.) Select Job Schedule

3.) Locate the Job on the Job Schedule, and verify that the job does not have a driver assigned to it

****(2) If there is a driver assigned to the job, you must first Un-dispatch(2) the load before you can remove it from the schedule****

Remove/Cancel Will Call from the Job Schedule

To navigate to the Will Call Page

1.) Expand the Water Tracking Tab

2.) Select Will Call

Locate the Job On the Will Call List Page

3.) Use the search bar to quickly locate the job you want to cancel/remove

4.)Verify that you have located the correct Job

5.) Select the Cancel Button

6) Enter description of why job was cancelled

7.) Select the Cancel Item Button

View Cancelled/Removed Will Call Jobs from Job Schedule

To navigate to the Will Call Page

1.) Expand the Water Tracking Tab

2.) Select Will Call

View Cancelled Jobs On the Will Call List Page

3.) Select the View Cancelled Will Calls Button

4.) Use the Search bar to filter the cancelled jobs

5.) View Cancelled Jobs
