How To Create A Will Call In The HS App

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a will call in the HS App

1.  From the Dashboard, tap on Create Ticket

2. Tap on what type of will call you would like to create:

3. Enter any job information you have. The required fields to create a will call are company and lease. Call in time and dispatch time will be set to the current time as default, but you can edit them if needed:

4. Once all job information has been entered, tap on the Save button:

5. Confirm that you would like to save the ticket and create this job:

6. You will be directed to the Open Jobs screen and see that the Job has been created:
