Guide on How Add and Modify Companies in Hauling Software

The Company Administration portion of the software allows you to easily add/modify company information as well as set pricing.

Viewing Customer Administration

To navigate to the Customer Administration Page

1. Select the Main Menu Bar

2. Expand the System Administration Tab

3. Select Admin Home

4.  Next you will need to select the Customer option from the Table

Adding a NEW Customer in Hauling Software

To add a New Customer

1. Select the Add Company Button

2. Fill out any applicable information

The minimum requirements to add a New Customer

a. Name 

b. Max Invoice Total (Set to 5000)

c. Select Save Changes

Modifying an Existing Customer

To modify an Existing Customer

1. Select the Edit button corresponding to the Customer you wish to Modify

2.  Add/ Modify any fields as needed and select Save Changes

Setting an Existing Customer to Inactive

To Set an Existing Customer to Inactive

1. Select the Edit Button corresponding to the Customer you wish to set to inactive

2. Select the Status Drop-down and Set to Inactive

3. Select Save Changes
