Guide on the Ticket Metric Report in Hauling Software


The Ticket Metrics Report is a great tool to use to find out where your Invoicing "Bottlenecks" are occurring


To view the Ticket Metrics Report


1. Select the Main-Menu Drop-down

2. Expand Reports

3. Select Reports Home

 



4. Select the Ticket Metrics Report From the Table




Viewing the Ticket Metrics Report


AverageTime
Scan to EnteredThe averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Entered in Ticket Entry
Scan to Entered by HS UserThe averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Entered in Ticket Entry by Data Entry
Scan to ApprovedThe averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Admin Approved
Scan to InvoicedThe averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Invoiced
Work Done to ScannedThe averaged amount of Time elapsed from the Completed time on Paper Tickets to being Uploaded in Hauling Software
Work Done to InvoicedThe averaged amount of Time elapsed from the Completed time on Paper Tickets to Invoice Created in Hauling Software




Filtering the Ticket Metric Report


To filter the Report:


5. Set a specific date range by using the Date Picker

6. View Detailed Ticket Metrics for Specific Company by Selecting the Company from the Drop-down

7. Filter the Report by Yard by selecting the Yard from the Drop-down




Exporting the Report to CSV


You can Export the Report to a CSV (Excel Spreadsheet) in to different methods



1. Summary Report (Average of all Companies Combined together)

2. Detailed - (Ticket Metrics of Each Companies Details)
