Guide on the Ticket Metric Report in Hauling Software
The Ticket Metrics Report is a great tool to use to find out where your Invoicing "Bottlenecks" are occurring
To view the Ticket Metrics Report
1. Select the Main-Menu Drop-down
2. Expand Reports
3. Select Reports Home
4. Select the Ticket Metrics Report From the Table
Viewing the Ticket Metrics Report
Average | Time |
---|---|
Scan to Entered | The averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Entered in Ticket Entry |
Scan to Entered by HS User | The averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Entered in Ticket Entry by Data Entry |
Scan to Approved | The averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Admin Approved |
Scan to Invoiced | The averaged amount of time elapsed from tickets being Scanned to Invoiced |
Work Done to Scanned | The averaged amount of Time elapsed from the Completed time on Paper Tickets to being Uploaded in Hauling Software |
Work Done to Invoiced | The averaged amount of Time elapsed from the Completed time on Paper Tickets to Invoice Created in Hauling Software |
Filtering the Ticket Metric Report
To filter the Report:
5. Set a specific date range by using the Date Picker
6. View Detailed Ticket Metrics for Specific Company by Selecting the Company from the Drop-down
7. Filter the Report by Yard by selecting the Yard from the Drop-down
Exporting the Report to CSV
You can Export the Report to a CSV (Excel Spreadsheet) in to different methods
1. Summary Report (Average of all Companies Combined together)
2. Detailed - (Ticket Metrics of Each Companies Details)
