Creating Multiple Entry for Special Projects in Hauling Software - Dispatch

To create Multiple Entry - Special Projects

1. Select the Main Menu Drop-Down

2. Select Water Tracking

3. Select Combined Schedule

4.  Select the Add New Will Call Drop-Down

5. From the Drop-Down Menu Select Multiple Entry for Special Projects

 After Selecting Multiple Entry for Special Projects you can now create Multiple Special Project Dispatches 

6. Select the Company

7.  Check Mark the Leases you want to create Dispatches for

8. Set Times

9. Set Job Description

Fill in any remaining fields as needed

10. Select Create Will Call

After Selecting Multiple Leases, and Selecting Create Will Call

Your Multiple Entry for Special Projects will now been shown in the Dispatch Combine
