Managing Displayed Ticket Item Fields in Date Range Reports:

1. Select Reports Home under the Reports Tab from the Main Menu Drop Down:

Select Date Range From the Report Options:


I. )  From the Date Range Report select the Ticket Items icon:


II.)  After Selecting the Ticket Items button, you will be prompted with the Ticket Items to Show window.

Here you can Add /Re-Order/ Remove all Displayed Ticket Item Fields.

After making all changes select the Save Ticket Items button:
