Guide to Hauling Software's Tiered Pricing Structure
Tier Pricing Structure Definitions:
The Lease + Disposal Tier will be set at the Individual Lease level for specific disposals - Setting this will override ALL OTHER PRICING.
The Company + Disposal Tier will be set at the Company Level for specific disposals. This will override any Lease Tier, Company Tier, and Global Tier Pricing.
The Lease Tier will be set at the Individual Lease level - Setting this price will override Company and Global (Job Type) Price.
The Company Tier will be unique pricing for Individual Companies. - Setting this price will override the Global (Job Type) Price.
The Global Tier is the price set at the Job Type level . - This will be the default price used if no other pricing is set.
Setting Lease + Disposal Pricing (Lease Tier)
1.) Select the Main Menu Drop-down and select Admin Home:
2.) After selecting Admin Home, you will be directed to the Admin Home page.
Select Leases from the Table:
3.) After selecting Leases, you will be directed to the Lease Administration window.
Select the Pricing button for the specific Lease you want to Edit:
4.) On the right side, you can enter your Lease + Disposal Pricing. If left blank, the next check will be for Customer + Disposal pricing:
Setting Customer + Disposal Pricing (Company Tier)
1.) Select the Main Menu Drop-down and select Admin Home:
2.) After selecting Admin Home, you will be directed to the Admin Home page.
Select Customer from the Table:
3.) After selecting Customer from the table you will be directed to the Company Administration window.
Select the Pricing button for the specific Company you want to Edit:
3.) On the far right side, you can then add your Company + Disposal prices. If left blank, the next check will be for Lease pricing:
Setting Lease Pricing (Lease Tier)
1.) Select the Main Menu Drop-down and select Admin Home:
2.) After selecting Admin Home, you will be directed to the Admin Home page.
Select Leases from the Table:
3.) After selecting Leases, you will be directed to the Lease Administration window.
Select the Pricing button for the specific Lease you want to Edit:
4.) After selecting the Pricing button you will be prompted with the Set Pricing Window.
Fill in the Lease Specific price for the Individual Lease.
Set the corresponding Bill Type.
Select the Save Pricing button:
Setting Customer Pricing (Company Tier)
1.) Select the Main Menu Drop-down and select Admin Home:
2.) After selecting Admin Home, you will be directed to the Admin Home page.
Select Customer from the Table:
3.) After selecting Customer from the table you will be directed to the Company Administration window.
Select the Pricing button for the specific Company you want to Edit:
3.) After selecting the Pricing button, you will be prompted with the Set Pricing window.
Fill in Unique Company Price.
Set Unique Company Bill Type.
Select Save Pricing button:
Setting Job Type Pricing (Global Tier)
1.) Select the Main Menu Drop-down and select Admin Home:
2.) After selecting Admin Home, you will be directed to the Admin Home page.
Select Job Type Descriptions from the Table:
3.) After selecting Job Type Descriptions, you will be directed to the Job Type Descriptions window.
Select the Edit button for the specific Job Type you want to Edit:
4.) After selecting the Edit button you will be directed to the Job Type Form window. Here you can set the Global Tier pricing for all Job Types.
Enter value for each Job Type price and set the Bill type (BBL or Hourly).
Select the Save Changes button:
