Managing Color Coding



I.) Select the Main Menu Drop-Down Button , and Select Admin Approval:




II.) All tickets that are not in Color Coding Range are highlighted in RED.

III.)  To adjust Color Coding settings.  Select the Color Coding button from the Admin Approval Page.





IV.)  After selecting Color Coding, You will be prompted with the Ticket Color Coding page.  Here you can set Color Coding preferences.

Apply all changes to the Color Coding Parameters, select the Save Color Coding button:
